Estimator Project Manager Xactimate Construction / Restoration

Role Description

Integrity Built, Inc. is hiring for two full-time, on-site positions at our Marion, IL location. We are seeking experienced, dependable professionals for our Estimator and Project Manager roles. Applicants should select the position that best matches their experience when completing the online application.

Position 1: Estimator

The Estimator analyzes project requirements, prepares accurate and timely estimates, and supports projects throughout bidding and execution. This position helps ensure projects are priced correctly, documented thoroughly, and aligned with client and insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze project scopes, plans, and site information to prepare detailed cost estimates
  • Create and manage estimates using Xactimate software
  • Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal team members
  • Ensure estimates align with budgets, timelines, and company standards
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date estimating records

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction estimating, budgeting, or cost analysis
  • Working knowledge of Xactimate preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple estimates simultaneously
  • Proficiency with estimating or project management software

Position 2: Project Manager

The Project Manager plans, coordinates, and oversees construction and restoration projects from initial scope through completion. This position keeps projects organized, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Integrity Built, Inc. quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate residential, commercial, and restoration projects
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, materials, documentation, and change orders
  • Coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite activities
  • Review project scopes, estimates, plans, and construction documents
  • Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and project partners
  • Monitor workmanship, progress, safety, and project quality
  • Identify and resolve project issues in a timely, professional manner

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction project management, field supervision, or a related role
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret project scopes, plans, and construction documents
  • Experience coordinating schedules, budgets, crews, subcontractors, and materials
  • Proficiency with project management or construction software
  • Xactimate or restoration-industry experience is helpful but not required

A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred for either position, but it is not required for applicants with relevant experience.
